Do you charge a delivery fee?

That depends on where we are delivering to. When you fill out our rental form we will determine delivery charges, if any, and advise you prior to your rental.

Does submitting the rental form secure me a machine?
|
|
NO, a machine is only reserved once we contact you by phone and help you choose the machine that is right for you. Many people rent dual-tank machines and are suprised that it makes about 10 gallons of drinks. That's a LOT of drinks. We want to make sure you get a machine that is the right capacity for your event

How long before my event should I reserve a machine?

We suggest that you submit your rental request form at least 72 hours before your event.

What flavors do you have?
|
|
We have many flavors, the flavors shown on our homepage are only a sample. We can also order many custom flavors and premium flavors such as coffee flavors such as frozen Cuppaccino. It's important that you give us ample time to secure custom flavors as somethines they have to be shipped to us. Shipping on custom flavors can take up to a week. After you submit the rental request form, we will contact you to discuss our current flavor selection.

Do I have to clean the machine before returning it?
